Format a Time DB Field as a HH:MM:SS format. HH is stored as 24 hour clock. Input however may be a 12 hour clock ending in AM or PM and it will be converted to the 24 hour clock on save. As time zone information is not valid without considering the date, time zone indicators are not supported by [Time], use [DateTime] instead.
