Takes one parameter, TableName

Description:

Loads the list of database relationships for TableName into the current work query.

The following fields will be created in the work query and populated as follows:

1. OtherTable
2. ParentChild
3. Ratio
4. Note
   • May contain $CrLf and $Tab characters
5. Attr (Attribute)
   • Multiple attributes will be separated by $I
6. DevNote
   • May contain $CrLf and $Tab characters
